The top management of the Board is organized by a group of enthusiasts for social services and responsible for policy making and scrutiny for YOT. According to the YOT's Charter, the Board is elected once a year. There are 10 executive committees under the Board for planning and supervising the administration, finance, fundraising, medical services, social services, education services, training services and project development, governance and audit, and sustainable development.
