Procedure for venue booking (For individual members)
All individual bookings for the facilities of the Centre must be presented with a valid membership card, except for community services members (individuals and families);
A Badminton/ Table Tennis/ Volleyball
1.
Hirer can visit Customer Services Counter in person or call the counter for booking facility within 14 days in advance. For inquiries about telephone booking procedure, please call 26557888;
2.
Member must present valid membership card issued by the Centre in the event of booking venue;
3.
More than one sports facilities can be booked by the same membership card, but each sports facility can only be rented for one venue and for not more than two hours consecutively;
4.
All booking of sports venues and facilities are proceeded on a first come, first served basis;
5.
The Centre reserves the right to approve or reject any application;
6.
The hire charges must be paid once the application is approved. The hirer should also get the receipt and user permit accordingly. All paid amount is non-refundable. The booked facility is non-transferable;
7.
Hirer must take up the booked facility in person 15 minutes before the start time of the booked session. Otherwise, such booking will be cancelled. All paid amount is non-refundable. The Centre reserves the right to rent to any other person;

The Centre reserves the right to cancel all bookings without prior notice due to inclement weather, maintenances or any unforeseen conditions. Under such condition, a mutually acceptable alternate date and time for the facility will be arranged. For the arrangement of the reallocation, please refer to the “Service User Instruction” (Section 24);

Telephone Booking
9.1
Member must pay an annual service charge of HK$10 and deposit of HK$200 for the telephone booking service. (Full deposit reimbursement will be given if the member withdraws from his or her membership);
9.1.1
The hire charges must be paid 15 minutes before the use of the booked facility. Otherwise, the Centre reserves the right to rent such facility to the other members;
9.1.2
Once the facility is booked, the hire charges is non-refundable;
9.1.3
If a hirer fails to take up the booked facilities at the start time of the booked session, the Centre will deduct hirer charges from the deposit. The hirer must make up for the deposit again in order to continue to enjoy such service;
9.2
Customer Service Counter operates from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm every day.
B Swimming Pool

Member must wait at the entrance of the swimming pool for admission during the opening hours on that day;

Please present valid membership card and put the specific admission fee into the turnstile during the admission;
3
The Centre reserves the right to close the swimming pool without prior notice due to inclement weather, maintenances or any unforeseen conditions.
Application procedure for group members vene booking
1.
All comprehensive or special reservation for the venues and facilities of the Centre are limited to group members only. Group members can pre-lease the venue for 3 months ( except for summer holiday in July and August ).
2.
At the end of each rental period, the centre has the right to determine the allocation of the original rental period according to the arrangement of the training course and the rental application from the other members.
3.
The center has the right to refuse or accept any application.
4.
Once the application is approved, all fees must be fully paid before the day of booking.
5.
Once arrived the venue, please contact the staff of the related venues first.
6.
The booked venue should not be transferred to the other or for the other usage without permission.
7.
In case of adverse weather, venue maintenance or other unexpected reasons, the centre has the right to cancel any reservation without prior notice. In this case, the center would provide another session to affected groups.

In case of booking cancellation, two weeks notice before the booking date should be made and 80% of the payment will be refunded. Otherwise, no payment will be refunded.

Rental fee of Locker
$70 (per month), another HK$75 for deposit fee.
$210 (per month), another HK$75 for deposit fee.
$375 (per month), another HK$75 for deposit fee.
(The deposit can be refunded after surrender of the locker.)
Application procedure for locker
1.
Select vacant lockers at the fitness centre or in the gymnasium reception.
2.
Bring the payment bill to the Customer Service Department on the first floor lobby and pay the fee.
3.
Present the deposit slip and the rental receipt of the locker to the receptionist.
4.
Please bring along your own lock and lock the rented locker (To ensure the security of the property, please avoid using coded lock.)
5.
Please be reminded that locker bills and deposit slips should be reserved for renewal and surrender of the locker(s).
Renewal Procedure
1.
Inform the staff the number of the locker that you want to renew.
2.
Please bring along the payment slip to the Customer Service Department on the first floor lobby and pay the fee.
Procedure for surrender of locker
1.
Members must clean all the contents in the locker.
2.
Inform the staff the locker number to be surrendered and show the membership card.
3.
Members can receive the deposit at the Customer Service Department on the first floor. If the deposit is not claimed within half a year, the deposit will not be refunded.
