The swimming pool is located on the first floor of the Centre. The swimming pool with 5 swimming lanes is 25 meters long, 13 meters wide and the water depth is 0.85 meters to 1.8 meters. Except for being closed for maintenance in February every year, it is a year-round swimming pool which opens for Tuen Mun residents. Heated swimming pool facilities with water at 28-29°C will be provided from November each year to April of the following year. Apart from leisure use for the residents, the swimming pools are also available for schools and groups for trainings and competitions.
